The application allows users to organize their items into multiple boxes, catering to different categories such as drugs, people, or locations.

The platform offers a high level of customization, with fields for key data points like name, strength, batch number, quantity, expiry date, and notes. Users have the flexibility to create custom types, units, and tags, as well as choose from a variety of icons and colors for better organization. Important features include the system highlighting items with low stock or nearing expiration and the option to set up notifications for upcoming expirations.

Users can export their data to PDF documents, CSV files, or JSON formats for easy sharing with other stakeholders. Additionally, the app supports scanning pack barcodes or data matrix codes to retrieve drug information automatically.

Ampoule seamlessly integrates with users' devices by indexing all items in Spotlight and offering convenient actions in the Shortcuts app for common tasks. The application ensures data synchronization across devices through iCloud.
